Tulsi Trust Administrator visits FMS

Vijay, administrator of The Tulsi Trust, one of the many charities that receive financial assistance from Festival Medical Services, visited FMS volunteers at the recently held Glastonbury Extravaganza.

First brought to the attention of Festival Medical Services by nurse Tracy West the Tulsi Trust is situated in the Indian Jungle, seven hours from the nearest big city of Raipur and is dedicated to helping Bengali resettled refugees and the indigenous Adivaashi aboriginals of the interior area of Madhya Pradesh.

During his visit Vijay saw for himself how funds donated by FMS to provide the three year salary of the Trust’s Ayurvedically trained Dr. Adhiari are raised. He also thanked FMS for their support and discussed how both organisations might be able to work more closely together in the future.
